My first dog was a Golden Retriever named Brandy.  She was my protector, a very comfy pillow, and instrumental in teaching me to walk.  Since then, my love for these four-legged friends has only continued to grow.  From working as an animal care technician at an animal shelter, to working with the Humane Society rescuing animals in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing strays throughout Los Angeles, I am always trying to make the "dog's life" the best it can be.
